Refunds and Returns

 

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please notice that the customer is responsible for any return fees that arise. 

To start a return, you can contact us at gainzziemain@gmail.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the address that our teams will provide you for the parcel mentioning as we have different warehouses located around the globe. 

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as underwear, swimwear, accessories that have been opened from their packaging and socks. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. If an item is damaged in anyway, the refund will not take  place. The company does not take any responsibility for customer caused damage. 

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Please inform us while making the action to avoid any unnecessary issues.

EUROPEAN UNION

European Union 14 day cooling off period: 

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

European Union Return Refusal

a) Diminished value: If the returned product is used more than necessary to inspect its nature, characteristics, or functioning, we remain the right to reduce the refund to reflect the loss in value.

b) Partial returns: If only part of the order is returned, we remain the right to refund only the returned items plus standard shipping for that part.

If you miss the legal cancellation window of 14 days we remain the legal right to refuse to accept a return or refund the value of a product

North America - United States and Canada

  • Return Window: Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund or store credit.

  • Order Cancellation: Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After 24 hours, all orders are final and cannot be cancelled as we immediately begin processing to ensure timely delivery. 
  • Condition Requirements: Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, underwear, intimate apparel, or items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return unless defective or incorrect.

  • Inspection: All returns are subject to inspection. We reserve the right to refuse returns or issue partial refunds for items showing signs of wear, damage, or odors.

  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

  • Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10-30 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned items.

  • Late Returns: Returns requested outside the 14-day window will not be accepted.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 15 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at gainzziemain@gmail.com.
